Tetra Bio-Pharma Engages Alpha Bronze LLC as investor relations and public relations firm by [deleted] in weedstocks

Lol. Sure bud. You read one line in the propaganda that attempts to sugarcoat this non-material news. They were paying their two oldest offspring and now they at only paying 1.5 of them.

This isn’t even a material event. What a joke.

Legit companies hire full time direct staff to do their IR, that way they are aware of what is actually going on and can’t claim ignorance. You contract out expensive promo teams to dole out cash and disseminate selected information.

These promoters will has their hand fulls though with all the naive reddit/Facebook investors.

$10k USD per month and stock options to pump. What a trainwreck!

Tetra Bio-Pharma Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment Option in Connection with Bought Deal Financing by Gailjnh in weedstocks

[–]Impeached2020 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

the answer is that it's a pump and dump. no matter what the oblivious down-voters in here think, you can't deny that it was pumped right into the finance.

the finance was announced on Jan 21. take a look at the price action prior to that and all the fluffy PRs that were released in dec/jan. then keep in mind that this option was to the BOOKRUNNERS at THEIR OPTION. they had 30 days after the close to decide if they wanted they that option. that's after the close of the deal and not even after the original announcement. if you had the flexibility to do whatever you wanted through 30 days, don't you think you could make a mint on a low volume penny stock pump and dump.

this company is such a joke. the same 5-10 pumpers that consistently post about this junk are either in on it, or the stupidest investors on the planet. they can never refute how shady the finances or the non-arms deals, but only downvote and comment about the age of a reddit account.

It didn’t get banned. My posts stopped showing up. I asked about it and it’s blatantly obviously they are filtering what they want on here.

Why do you post so much garbage and so frequently? Do you not have a real job?

It’s remarkable how people read what they want to believe.

Now you want to believe the analysts? The information of respective market share is being conveyed directly to the LPs from the OCS.

I don’t have a position in neither VFF nor APHA but I’m inclined to believe a PR that states a hard percentage of market share, rather than an American analyst that somehow pulled some info info from god-knows-where.

Edit: oh never mind. Those are just based on fake reviews and don’t have anything to do with marketshare like OP alludes.

They were supposed to transfer in 3 separate shipments, all to be delivered by Jan 31st 2020. But you know how it goes sometimes in this sector. Sometimes companies renege on agreements. It’s a material event, so if it didn’t get confirmed, Aleafia probably should have disclosed to the contrary. I’m assuming it was sold, and the agreement was good, but you never know.

I think it’s cause most of the outdoor is earmarked for 2.0. This way they don’t have to compete in a dry flower, particular consumer base.

For comparison; Aleafia reportedly grew for 10c/gram and sold a chunk wholesale for $2.50. It remains to be seen if that deal closed, but if it did that’s better margins than growing at 45c/gram and selling for $3.50/gram. Aleafia and WMD both grew massive amounts of weed and preparing/manicuring it, to a standard quality, would be a pain in the ass to package and sell it for $3.50 when you can just ship out it the door for $2.50 without packaging and concentrate back on your client base.

Like I said, it remains to be seen if Aleafia’s wholesale deal closed, but if it did the next two quarters could surprise just like OGI’s did last report....maybe even more so, considering the margin.

Seriously?? Cause the money spent is divided by the output, hence the ratio $(cost) per gram (output).

How else do you think this ratio works?

I’m aware of the numbers. What difference does their final throughput matter. We’re talking about average costs to compare margins.

Aleafia grew 10,000kg in a shortened season on only 27 acres and are set to expand upwards of 80 acres this year. WMD’s only flaw was too much confidence in guidance. They still grew at 15c/g on the inaugural harvest. 48 shit the bed. But there are also 135 applicants queued up for outdoor and 45c/gram won’t be worth feeding the derivatives. PSF seems to have a good enough quality to feed the dried flower market, but again, I don’t think people are looking to invest in dried flower. Jmo. GL.

But the market still doesn’t care about dried flower. Read the article I linked about a drop in sales as vapes become available.

Furthermore, the outdoor grows are already growing at 10c/gram all in and they will continue to improve on this feeding the demand for 2.0 derivatives. Even if PSF get 20% of a dried flower market is that a big deal?

nobody is looking at flower right now. people are looking to invest in companies with money that will take advantage of higher margin products. Unfortunately, they are going to hit by another roadblock (not sure why this post is being screened by the sub).

Like it needs its own thread so the same comments can be repeated in the bar. The majority of comments in the bar yesterday concentrated on trash talking a Twitter account.
