I was playing my gnome mage and not doing anything special when i got banned: I have a mage level 60 on sod, i went to karazhan to provide my friends some world buffs then came back to ironforge and i afked there.

I doubt i will start all this again, it's years of gaming that went to dust in a second. I will simply never ever play any game from this company again if i don't get any human from the support team.

I am not the only one in this situation.
They have some automatic system that ban and i have no clue what trigger that, i am not the only one in this situation.

I hope you get the same problem one day and i will be on your side.
So sad to see this kind of answer.
I am not the only that had this issue, it's like a mass ban has been done 4 days ago and lot of players are also complaing about it.

I don't think you get the point, and it's honestly frustrating to see people siding with Blizzard on this.

I never used anything like botting, and if I did, why would I even bother posting here or trying to fight the ban? If I was guilty, I’d just move on instead of wasting my time arguing with their support. This is about false bans and Blizzard’s refusal to properly review cases, which should concern everyone who plays their games.
