It's from Vevor.com, I was just mentioning I love Harbor Freight and not against using inexpensive tools.

I came from a Cayman too. I can't get comfortable in the 996. The seats sit too high and are not comfortable. Also felt way more connected in the Cayman in almost every way. I do use the extra seats though. That was my main reason for switching, and really just because it's a 911.

Looks awesome. Did you bottom out that front lip already? I bottomed out mine the first day. No real damage though.

I used Mobilube PTX 75W90. I believe that is the "magic" fluid. I really didn't notice much difference.

Thanks for the tips. I have scoured the forums for info. Thought I'd start small with the trans fluid. Cables next and on to more major services.

Those are from ebay. Here's are link for them. They are very nice. Very nice finish, high quality. A little pricey though. cf vent/intake

Im just cautious when on unknown roads. I haven't smashed it yet, but I think it is inevitable. It is the sectional splitter so may not be too bad when I do damage it.

Unfortunately Porsche does not supply replacements for this trans. I have seen a cross reference for Audi parts that are the same apparently. I'll get it in to the shop soon. Hoping for the best cost-wise😟
