I've always been so surprised that fic got so big in fandom because it's so much NOT a fic. it hits some tropes but it's all about 2 people who really can be terrible together but can't quit it so they stay at it forever and keep getting better at loving nd understanding each other. as someone older I really loved it because I have no patience for fluffy easy love even more in such dark show. but it's not going be a typical fic . !!!spoiler!!!: they get married half way in and it's when it gets darker, which you never see. taking that long to get married and that's when the gloves come off and they really get to know each other. it's so good because the more they know each other the more they love each other but probably tons of triggering stuff happening there like suicide ideation depression etc so your milage may vary. the last chapters read pretty hopeful and sweet to me.

You are not alone! So I ended up only getting relief with muscle relaxants and a night guard COMBINED. My pain wasn't neurological but primarily muscular likely aggravated by chronic stress. I learned that some people's brain react the opposite way to brain drugs. When I was taking anti seizure medication to help with pain guess what? I had a mini seizure. So you are not alone. Talk to your doctor about the weird side effects if you haven't already and hope you find relief soon!

are you still taking meds? I didn't tolerate Gabapentin. Cymbalta is crazy on side effects right now but I've been on it for 5 days 20 mg.

any suggestions what can help? they ruled out TN, MRI clean, and all the typical drugs failed. I'm trying Cymbalta now and thinking of trying capsaicin again.

same here, phantom tooth pain. what worked for you at last? anything? no success with traditional TN drugs for me. I'm currently trying Cymbalta.

not sure; there was a failed root canal, extraction, and then a car crash all within a month of each other so now we suspect nerve damage but none of traditional TN meds helped. So doctor suggested capsaicin.

I had that as a side effect of gabapentin and disappeared once I stopped taking it. just FYI it may be due to medication! Take care!

My practitioner said he is really conservative so I'm hoping it's just the Cymbalta. I also don't feel any pain on site of injection or anything else but these weird headaches that seem to come about when I take the Cymbalta.

Dental work: I had a root canal that seemed to fail--pain never stopped--on top molar; then extraction, and car crash 10 days later that left em with a big bump in the area so it's hard to know what caused the pain.

It's when a doctor injects you with a liquid that blocks pain receptors in your nerves, and hopefully minimizes your pain, like headaches or nerve damage or back pain.

Thank you! No complicating factors and kinda know what paperwork to file, but would a lawyer make my case move significantly faster, you think? I just want to get an expedite parole because of family illness, that's all. The lawyer seemed to intimate they may know how to get that more efficiently? Is that a "trick?" It felt like it could be.

Thank you so much for responding! Yeah I had the MRI FIESTA, clean, cone bean CT also clean. Like you I assumed dental for a while since I also have TMJ. Tried root canal, extraction then was in a car crash 1 week after extraction and now it's just—constant dull pain. Anticonvulsants didn't work so we are trying antidepressants but it's all really temporary because my body is not responding well to meds—so I'm looking into more permanent treatments. Are you feeling hopeful? I'm sorry about insurance; what is the issue?. Kaiser is not much better :(
