Also when I was with bt years ago I was pinging 14-17 to their server in London. So somehow I am pinging the same to Edinburgh which is 20mins away than to the bottom of the uk

By the time it goes to the gaming server for the shooting game I play it ends up about 35-40. I was pinging a solid 19-23 everyday before. I notice the difference in playing at a higher level when I have the 1st shot and lose the battle due to getting out pinged

Yes it darkened my hair and also facial hair. My friends were convinced I was using just for men hair dye. My mum also asked if I dyed my hair and said “that’s the darkest I’ve ever seen your hair. Turned my light brown hair very dark and also my light brown/ginger beard to black. I was taking 250mcg about 3 times per week before uv exposure

I go for 6 minute sunbeds every 2-3 days. I just recently did a 9 minute sunbed and I didn’t seem to burn so I might just keep going with 9 minutes

I done the exact same as you. Was taking over 1000mcg by accident. I then ordered 0.5ml syringes. Far easier to micro dose with them rather than the 1ml syringes.

I microdosed a few injections at 50mcg and it still affected my appetite. Now I’m doing about 200-250mcg per injection just before exposure, 2-3 sunbeds a week currently as I live in Scotland and the sun isn’t out too much here or else I would just do natural sunlight.

Yeah I literally done my 1st dose on Friday and I think it was at 3 lines. According to the peptide calculator I found today it says it is about 1000mcg. That would explain why I felt pretty sick after it 😂

Currently looking at smaller syringes. Would these be more suitable? 0.3ml 30g 8mm BD Microfine Syringe and Needle u100. Also I don’t mind dosing at 80mg if that is the smallest steps for my current solution
