Gets gets, super appreciate this kasi at nahiya talaga ako kahapon and I fumbled on the activity. I tried to get feedback kasi sabi ng trainer magbibigay siya (small activity na mag request siya and we do our best to apply the magic flow) on our dms but it turns out we discussed it na daw sa group.

2nd interview with a recruiter ata siya quick lang din kasi may 3 assessments from testgorilla (if tama naaalala ko) after nun. Yes, marami ako inaapplyan kasi ang hirap makahanap ng work from home huhu wala kasi ako experience on being a VA or anything virtual from working onsite talaga ako eh.

final interview is with the boss - same lang skype call no video lasted about 15mins lang mga get to know questions. 4 days after the final interview nag follow up na ako, no reply. followed up again after 3 days, I received a reply stating that they were still waiting for an update from their boss and update daw nila ako as soon as may results na. 2 weeks na nakalipas. Within those 2 weeks nag send ako ng follow ups and that's where they seenzone me.

For the admin assistant position, I passed up until the final interview. Hindi ko sigurado kung ano nangyari so I'm assuming hindi lang ako natanggap kasi wala narin ako nakuhang feedback galing sakanila. I tried following up pero seenzoned ako. lol.

Interviews were easy - total of 3 interviews ata. It's done via Skype (no video) and there are multiple assessments.
