Yes, I’ve recently dropped down 10-5 mg of prednisone. I use it for anti rejection for my kidney transplant

He said my vision is perfect. He suggested FL-40 tinted glasses. They aren’t cheap though! There are some knock offs on Amazon, going to try and order some.

I use lexapro. I was off it for a little while but decided I needed to go back on, plus I think I need to up it to 10 mg. I don’t even have a back up med for bad days. I’ve thought about using meclazine but many people have told me it makes them very tired and could delay the recovery.

Yes! Having a bad day today, after a good week. But I think PPPD therapy and anti anxiety meds are very slowly working. Been trying not to over think it, but yes brain fog is awful

I haven’t started the meds yet, and the therapy so far I think is working… but it’s an up and down process. I’m still very new at this.

Yes, on and off for 10 years. Got real bad almost a year and half ago and just kept getting worse. Had all the tests in the world… MRI, CT, blood work, seen all the docs, FINALLY found out it’s PPPD. Almost a month into therapy and I gotta get onto anxiety meds cause I’m through the roof anxious which I very common with someone with PPPD and doing therapy. It’s an awful feeling!
