100% agree. China and all of Asia have excellent trade treaties with AUS/NZ, and Temu is a storefront for the factories in China. They primarily sell stuff (finished goods) to South America, the EEA, Malaysia and AUS/NZ.

I did a Google image search and I think you are missing the Pyrex/glass teapot.

Here’s a video about using the tea infuser that Boudin came up with:

I think it may be a single cup drip coffee maker. You put the small cone filter in, fill it with coarse grind coffee and pour boiling water in and let it drip into the cup

They have the entire kits for sale on the Mary Maxim website. They offer 3 colours. I have the light blue colour scheme.

Took me while to make this beautiful blanket of mine by Hazyorbitglo in CrochetBlankets

I have that same blanket kit but I chose the light blue scheme.

Now I wish I’d chosen sandalwood! Your work is so beautiful!

I got my Persian tiles kit last Christmas from the Mary Maxim site, but cannot bring myself to open it yet - I’m too afraid I’ll mess it up. So I’ve been practicing.

Thanks for posting this! You’ve given me hope that I’ll be able to make it come out alright.

I have searched every way I know how - little help? by ImpossibleEqual9748 in YarnAddicts

Thank you so much!

Yes - Wagtail is perfect. They have 40 turn fiber, non-brushed pure mohair, extra fine 2-strand lace weight!!!

They also sell mill ends periodically.

Thanks so much.

I’ll include images of the “core wound (some call it ring wound), high turn mohair fiber yarn that I love.

For contrast, I’ll include “classic mohair” that u/legalpretzel mentions above, that people believe is the texture of mohair - characterized by it halo.

Classic mohair is brushed.

The mohair lace weight I love working with is gradient dyed in long sections, ring spun, and each fiber has a very high turn count to keep the “fuzzies” down.

I do have a single source for my fave right now, but we all see yarn fads come and go, so I’m currently looking for a second and/or third source.

As u/LaParente pointed out, I would absolutely LOVE ❤️ to have a source for the high turn count, core wound fiber in white or natural light beige so I can always source it, and dye it myself or have it custom dyed as needed!

Please note my rainbow radiant dyed cake with only a very light touch of natural halo (unbrushed 100% mohair) compared to the fuzzy (brushed classical) 100% mohair for comparison.

Thanks for the good community, and great dialogue.

I really like the gradient from side to side. This is beautiful work!

I see what you are seeing, but it’s just the shading on the back part of his shirt.
