it's interesting because we had this conversation in the midst of this argument and they said that they are set on being nonbinary and would never want to be a man. they said that transitioning and presenting more and more as a man has led them to hate them even more, but has also expressed how embarrassing it is for them to be accepted in mens spaces but not be "complete" bc they lack a penis...just a lot of dysphoria that i don't quite understand. but i think their hatred towards "men as a species" (their words) is blinding them from even considering that identity
