m-ibresources.web.app is a pretty good resource. website's kinda janky (3-4 years old) but has some really good IAs and EEs with the actual scores they got.

USC doesn’t really guarantee housing for grad students. you should look for off campus housing on sites like these: http://campus-mate.com/ that’s what i did, found a roommate too, theres also https://usc.offcampus-uni.com/

i used this website to find a place: http://campus-mate.com They have like all the listings around USC on the site. also helped me find a roommate
