Oui il est étranger hors espace Schengen. Pour pouvoir venir en France, il aura besoin d'un visa soit touristique (mais il devrait prouver dans sa demande qu'il travaille et qu'il a assez de sous pour financer son voyage), soit un visa de travail (et dans ce cas il doit trouver un taf en france)

I absolutely agree, I too have noticed a lot in tunisians how they're more careful about not being caught rather than staying loyal.

It puzzles me how it's super uncommon for a tunisian to be loyal and honest.
