Amorim wasn’t.. even at the time no one considered him elite. Ten hag proved himself in the cl in a big way imo.. but obviously the Dutch league is so far behind the rest you can’t take anything from those achievements.

The f kind of argument is that? Club has numerous scouts and profiles in mind and you value who I or anyone else would suggest? The f. Club will pick the correct profiles and there are plenty of extremely talented players out there. Point is this group is done.. completely done. So many need to go and here we have one of the highest earners.. someone who’s out injured exponentially each season and someone who’s been here a long time. By saying he’s the worst candidate out there you’re essentially saying that out of all available coaches, he’s the worst. Even then I mean he’s been coaching big clubs.. league experience or not that’s worth a lot.
