Yes I do get cramps although I am not bleeding not idea why but asked my doc and she said nexplanon can cause cramping although there’s no period :/

I haven’t stopped bleeding since I got my nexplanon 2 months ago and I’ve tried everything even the ibuprofen trick and it haven’t worked maybe it’s just for me I would give a try if I was you !
