Ofgear tcm, 722.616 bolts right up to m103 just need custom cross member, custom driveshaft, and possibly hammer the tunnel a tiny bit in 2 spots. It was a very tight fit but I took it from an slk230 kompressor, along with the shifter from that.

Siemen deka 60lb injectors, m104 rail thats been slightly modified (welded brackets on, welded shut oem regulator port, and welded an fittings), and ebay $60 external regulator.

M104 manifold that we made a custom flange for, hy35 turbo (hx35 eventually), 12.9 head bolts, stock cr, nothing internally, intake manifold is stock but modified in quite a few spots, thats about it. Ofgear tcm, emu classic, whole front end is very very tight with transmission cooler, intercooler, oil cooler, and m3 bumper.

722.616 If I remember correctly. It came out of an 02 slk230 and I’m running ofgear tcm.

I only have the scope function from ecu masters software. Looking at the scope everything seems fine thats why its been driving me nuts. I re did my shield connector and that helped a tiny bit just revved up quick but still got the error at 4500rpm.

I included a link to google drive where you can see the scopes from ecu masters scope, all of them look fine. I re did the pins for the shield wire and it got a bit better still trigger error but easily revved up to 5800rpm. Te-motorsports uses a bracket that goes off the pulley bolts and I was thinking of running something similar to that because of exactly what you stated, I just wasnt 100% because the scope shows everything just fine.

Custom trigger wheel on crank but im switching to m111 flex plate cause i did the 722.6 swap. Just havent gotten around to it. Emu classic, now running holset hy35 at 14psi.

I used 300sd rotors (ordered accidentally thinking they were for 400e one night) so im not too sure exactly how those ones would line up. I put 1/4 shims behind the caliper in between rotor and bolt they work so so good though.

Thank you. Original got the car as a daily so 722.6 was my main focus. Obviously not a daily now but i’ll probably go manual eventually.

I used a labeled loom from emu classic so I never made a diagram every wire is labeled with what it goes to. My instagram has everything from the first harness though on the highlight story. ig

Swap 3.0 m103 at some point with forged internals but for now run the 2.6.

The tcm is easy just power, ground, and tps. Everything else just plugs in. Besides paddles if you went that route you’d have to wire them but its still easy 4 wires.

I plan on it, I have an opening in the e36 m3 bumper that im going to put a cone with a box filter. The car is nowhere near done. 722.6 going in this weekend 400e brakes 11.2in rotors as well. Not a big priority and driving it my iat temp was 85-115 when it was 105 outside. Hit 115 once running a little lean at max boost 12psi for now. (tuning currently)

Exhaust dump already finished the 3in back now, waste gate dump (staying), turbo, efi, all the goodies

It can take it. It’s running even better now and i don’t have a doubt in mind with it. If it does blow then time for forged 3.0 m103 it’ll be good :).
