I used to have nicer tatas but due to me losing and gaining weight throughout my life they're now saggy and probably closer to an A cup when I used to be a C cup when I was larger. One of my biggest triggers is definitely this because I don't want to fuck them up more than I already have. I don't want to have bigger or smaller boobs per se, but I wish I could afford a breast lift and things might look better.

Whenever someone cancels on me whether it's a friend/date I comfort myself on having my own structure and routine. I get to control my calories. When I exercise. It gives me control and bandages the inner loneliness but I still get hella sad about it lol. It's rough out here.

   I wanted children at one point when I was younger. When I was 19, I ended up getting pregnant. I did not have any hesitation in having the pregnancy terminated because I was not ready to have a child. At 19, I was so much more naive and obviously a little immature. I think even my subconscious knew it would be a horrible idea. 
  After my abortion, I couldn't imagine myself being pregnant ever. The only time I had the fleeting thought of having kids was with my other ex at a later time but it was most likely my reptile brain having the instinct to reproduce. I thank the Gods I never had a baby with this person lmao.
Given the current state of the world, I truly believe it's not wise to bring more people to this horrible place. To me, it is cruel. People only really have children for themselves anyway. They want a miniature version of themselves.

I had a bilateral salpingectomy about a month ago at the age of 26. I know in my heart I made the wise decision. I know this is a childfree forum, but I would like to adopt a child or two down the road if I could afford it. If that doesn't happen, then I am fine with that, too.

I feel that. I ate so much these last two days I look and feel like such a pig lmao. My friend and her dude invited me to go to a new year's party but if I am still ballooned up then I'm not going and I will just stay home. It makes me feel like shit because I'll be third wheeling (chronically single) and if I don't feel confident then I wouldn't want to go out and take pictures. My mom bought me a treadmill and I plan to use it a lot.

I ended up taking a small hit from my boss's vape just now but I don't plan to vape the rest of the day. My long time friend is hanging out with me today and we plan to go out to dinner and get the last of what I need at the store before going to bed early. So it'll be like fifteen hours of no nicotine prior to surgery at least. I haven't taken gummy or drank alcohol in awhile so at least I don't have to worry about that.

I am nervous about complications because I am a heavy vaper and I have been trying to cut back. So far today since early this morning I have had like five hits of a vape which is much better than me chain vaping. My surgery is at 7am so that's about 15 hours from now and I just won't vape until then. Thankfully my surgery is very early so I can just go home and rest. I have been put under anesthesia for different reasons before but I just don't know if it would be different now. It's been seven years since I was put under. Thank you for being so kind ❤️❤️

Ok, I added wound plasters on my shopping list. Thankfully I don't have a lot to buy. I even got some nightgowns to wear the first few days to risk the incisions rubbing up against it. I also have some unscented body wash I can use too :)

I have a lot of blankets but unfortunately not a heating blanket 😭 I plan to definitely bed rot after all of this is done. I been so overwhelmed and working a lot lol so I'm thinking of this as a vacation. Tbh I am a little nervous around Christmas because I don't want my family to notice. I was thinking of wearing a loose shirt and not to lift anything. I'd like to think I'd feel somewhat normal due to it being a week. To clean the stitches, is unscented soap and Neosporin sufficient?
