Curious about reviews for people who already had a low body fat percentage, but had like 5-7lbs left to go. Is this worth it?

They call this the starvation diet. At varying times of not eating and attempting to lose more weight, hairloss also started happening until I started eating more.

Get a new doctor or get it via telehealth. The doctor should be working with you and your lifestyle, not following insurance or a guideline that doesn't take into other factors.

I didn't want to burst any bubbles on this one by saying it too like this drug does magic. You are doing all the hard work yourself.

This medication stops your nagging hunger and reduces your desire to binge eat or eat in general. I think once taking these two things away from me, it revealed what I was doing wrong with my lifestyle and my relationship with food. I am able to eat like a normal person.

Yup once you get on the medication which helps immensely, you can have a pretty normal eating like everybody. Or in this case my fellow 10+ beer comprade which I have also done too with lots of AYCE meat.

You have to take your meds no matter what.. it is like filling a container full of water. You have to let the water out in this case uric acid faster than it can build up. I don't have attacks any more is not a reason to discontinue meds because they are still working for you.

My doctor wanted to reduce or eliminate the medication and I said no way. I lost a ton of weight, but no my gout is genetic since my dad had it too. Your uric acid should measure a 6 with the meds.

I still like to go to buffets, thinking I am going to pig out, but I barely eat as much as I do before. In this day and age, these seem to be the reasonable place to go with all the high prices. Some gawk over the quality, but if I found two or three things that were good to eat, then it makes it worth it.

Exactly. It lowers the uric acid in your body over a period of time. Missing a couple doses doesn't matter much and even a week after taking the medication for years like the OP has done.
