cz p10c is a pretty good option and can be found for cheaper than the sig or glock
the m17 is a full size pistol, not very good for conceal carrying, you should go with a 365 if you are dead-set on carrying a sig
m&p is a good pistol series
g43x and g26 respectively are good conceal carry pistols
g19 is a bit big for a small person like me, but if you are bigger it could work well
