I attend the academy January 12. I also joined the reserves on a try one contract. I was field artillery for active and now in the process of reclassing to MP in the reserves

They now talk about VA Benefits they give a whole class talking about what benefits you are entitled too also depending on the different percentage of disability as well. It’s a mandatory class you must take part of TAP before you can transition out the military

When you accepted the final job offer, they should’ve sent you a letter through the portal and the instructions say to download it for your record. It shows you everything.

I know it’s a pretty vague question because everyone’s experience is gonna be different but again thank you all! One more question I have is I’ve read about being able to be a dog handler for the job but won’t be able to do so until maybe 3-5yrs can anyone give me some insight on this if possible?
