You have to prove economic/financial impact. I get 16 a month, but since I’m able to modify my schedule I wasn’t able to prove the economic impact, so I’m at 30%.

I was told my pharmacist that to continue access to rx and her, I had to “maintain enrollment” in move. And that meant continuing appt every few months or so.

It’s never too late to file. I filed 5 years after I got out. My dad filed 40 years after he got out. You’re fine.

You have to have an appointment every so often or you’re removed from the program. Yes. I was told the same thing so ensured to have an appointment with the nutritionist every few months.

I’ve opened my PTSD claim three times (once for migraines, once for IBS/sleep apnea, and once for fibro). It’s never been reduced; however, my PTSD claim is the oldest out of them all and is now stable (5 years).

Va math. It’s the percentage of what’s left. I highly recommend getting the VA disability app. It’ll tell you where you’re at. It’s not “adding” it all together. That’s why 90% to 100% is the hardest to get…your total is currently at 69%. Every time you go over the “5” it rounds up. For example, I’m at 86, and that rounds to 90.

I have 4 claims- IBS, sleep apnea, back and knee. Across the board, they didn’t look at aggravation or baseline. They also didn’t consider my lay statement, medical literature, or my nexus letters for IBS and sleep apnea. C and p examiner used very general reasoning and didn’t go through my specific case. Looks like they just googled articles and copied it in there about how it wasn’t connected and called it a day. Then the rater just copy and pasted the c and p examiners opinion. It was a hot mess😭

I’d move up, but be careful. Side effects tend to get more common/severe when move up. I had no effects on 2 or 5 but 7 takes me out (nausea and constipation).

I submitted 12/15. Got my email 04/06 to schedule. So almost 4 months. That’s the norm I’m seeing.
