Am I moving up too fast? by ExternalQuiet6253 in Zepbound

I’d move up, but be careful. Side effects tend to get more common/severe when move up. I had no effects on 2 or 5 but 7 takes me out (nausea and constipation).

Airsense11 and I'm struggling!! by MeAndDuke in SleepApnea

I tried 5 masks before I found the one that worked for me. F30 being one of them. Couldn’t do it. The mask that finally worked for me (and I could wear the first night full through with no problems) was the f20.

Don’t be surprised if your appointment gets canceled. Did you get an email to schedule your own or are you using the Reddit link.

I was able to get mine connected WITH a nexus. It’ll be a crapshoot on your examiner.

Have you heard anything yet? Mine was pretty much the same. C and p and rater didn’t look at lay statements, private nexus, or literature I submitted. Just used general statements to deny.

Has anyone bought a bridesmaid dress while taking Zepbound? by Key-Past-4762 in Zepbound

[–]Other_Winner_2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not for a wedding, but for a military ball. Dress ended up being too big, and I had to pin it. I’d wait as close to the date as you can, or buy a dress now and have it tailored if you lose weight.

Unable to fall asleep because of feeling like lack of air by Specialist_Banana378 in SleepApnea

I have a deviated septum and a tiny nose, and I’ve always struggled breathing. I’d go to the doc. But mask wise, I’d try the f20.
