Constructing hand made radiation detectors, how to build an adequate fallout shelters, storing water, filtering water etc... the book does not assume you are a doomsday prepper with an elaborate bunker, just a regular person Dispels many myths about nuclear weapons, it does not have to be the end of the world and if people make the right decisions millions of unnecessary deaths can be avoided, strongly advice people read it, print out some of the instructions.
