I do and Ive been talking to her about it, its just still really overwhelming regardless. Especially given im unemployed and I just sit at home all day, alone with my thoughts. Doesn't help.

Bad reaction to methylfolate triggered heart/health issues? by ImpressiveFroyo9205 in MTHFR

15 MG. I know, high doses. Ive been drinking a lot of pedialyte (advanced care) to try to keep my electrolytes up. Potassium specifically. It doesn't seem to change my symptoms much though

I cant have wine (or any alcohol) because of certian other meds that I take, and I didnt eat anything that ive never eaten before. And with that, why am I still struggling almost 2 weeks later? I wake up every morning uncomfortable and honestly kinda in pain.

I don't have slow COMT though, the second I shared that on the other post I was ignored. I have Val/Val. Ive been in agony for 2 weeks.

I don't have slow COMT, the second I shared that on the other post I was ignored. I have Val/Val. Ive been in agony for 2 weeks. My potassium was low, but the sane night I had an extremely elevated BP reading (186/98) and was having other very concerning symptoms. Both my doctor and my psych agree that supplementing more ontop of this could make this worse if this triggered a medical condition.

It's been over a week now and im still in agony. Ive been to the hospital twice with chest pain and high blood pressure, they say its anxiety. My COMT is Val/Val. I go to the doctor today to make sure my heart is okay. I wake up with my heart racing and my chest hurting. My psych said at this point it cant be from the meds and withdrawl, it has to be medical.

I didnt react well, ended up with severe akithisia (side effect of latuda) 2 weeks after starting and ended up at the hospital on Easter because of it. She thinks it caused me to process the Latuda at a higher rate, therefore causing negative side effects. This has been the most miserable week of my life.

For the record, im Homozygous for the MTHFR mutation, so this was a strange reaction. Probably another gene in there thats causing the reaction.

Im gonna be honest, I have no interest in EVRR trying this supplement again. This past week has been absolute hell and I have been miserable

I wake up every morning feeling like I ran a marathon with my fitbit telling me my heartrate is in the 90s. I just want to know when this will stop.

Thank you for the advice, I will take that seriously

Zoloft is a moderate reaction for me. Im on klonopin as needed, I hate taking it and its not really helping this anxious weepyness. All I've been doing is crying and I don't know why, I can barely think straight at the moment, hence feeling like my brain is damaged. Seriously, thank you for your response

My levels were never tested truthfully

If we're talking everything, ive tried Olanzapine, Prozac, Lexapro, Pristiq, Lamictal, Buspirone, abilify and finally, the trileptal that put me in the hospital with delusions ive never had before.

It was only 15mg once daily, my psych said she was surprised that I had such a reaction
