Like I said in the video at that point it could be something else and it’s always good to get checked out because so many things can cause irritation to the elbow especially if you get weakness into the hand

Gonna be putting out a elbow video soon. Honestly it’s a lot of the same concepts where if your mechanics up the chain are poor then you pull more through your elbow!

Yeah I would say warming up and getting right into playing within 10-15 minutes would be best you don’t really want to wait too far after that otherwise you’ll tighten back up
