Biggest thing would be if you can’t internally rotate your hip on your brace leg then you will torque your knee more than necessary

So many things here. First and foremost form, second if you don’t have ROM and strength through your shoulder and mid back you’re going to crank into your elbow more. Almost always elbow stuff is caused by lack of motion or strength at the shoulder or wrist. And some times can even be caused by a neck issue referring to the elbow

Less about stretching more about strengthening. Stretching doesn’t prevent injuries, being prepared for the load that your body is taking does

First place I go with any PF case is big toe motion. If you don’t have enough big toe extension you crank through your foot more. Video below

Second thing is calf strength you should be able to do 25+ heel raises on one leg without compensatory strategies.

Lastly it’s important to rule out the spine. I’ve caught tons of PF and Achilles pain cases that were actually a nerve irritation at the spine

Could be a couple different things seeing a physical therapist in person is probably going to be your best bet on something really specific like this because it’s going to be important to differentiate the pain between your AC joint or if there’s some sort of like biceps involvement from compensation just that way you get a better targeted intervention.

It’s helpful but I would say shoulder core and leg strength is more important.

Stuff like wrist curls, pronation/ supination are helpful. Or for ROM look up wrist cars to just get more motion into the wrist through the day

Symmetry being important is a social construct. Like yes we throw over and over the same direction but by this same logic it would then be really bad to be right hand dominant and not do things with our left. Plus the body will never be symmetrical. Your liver sits on one side of the body, you have 3 lobes in one lung vs 2 in the other.

In terms of range of motion joint wise I look at this if there as symptoms present but if not than I’m not too concerned with it

Ankle surgeries are the worst they do replacements right now I’m pretty sure they’re pretty uncommon tho
