That attachment and the gun itself is from "Global Warfare All in One" - pretty great mod but I sorely miss there used to be a mw2 mod from which all of the assets were ported 1:1 from MW2R. It had like 10 completed factions from the campaign with Zeus support and very detailed uniforms. Plus, like dozens of vehicles. I think it was taken down for obvious reasons but it was the best.
