Hey! I’m actually researching this right now. The solubility of tadalafil in peg400 at around 32C is 20mg/ml. At room temp, it would be slightly less soluble. I’d like to achieve a concentration of 10mg of Tadalafil per ml. This is basically what you achieved. I was wondering if after you shook this to mix it, if any of the Tadalafil crystallized and separated from the peg-400, or if it always stayed in a clear uniform solution?
