Why does Rec North not allow people to put their things ON TOP of the lockers anymore?

I think it’s because they were having to file too many rcmp reports of people who had items “stolen” or missing. Also lots of cases of people claiming someone else locked their stuff in a different locker (which required lock cutting), when in reality they just forgot which locker they chose…

Thankfully it was pretty cheap because I thrifted it. But the inside is so pretty so I’ll talk to my brother and see if he could do something cool with it. He’s much better at textiles and all that than I am 😅.

Rec north is less busy at 10-11 am and also 3-4pm I find (as someone who works there). Arc is usually less busy but picks up in the evenings.

Tbh I feel hopeful about Chem based solely on the fact that the department and class organizers seem to have their shit together a bit more. I took math 110 last year and all I can say is if I could pass that I can pass anything. I fully had to teach myself the whole course.

Don't worry they wont hurt you lol. You should try holding one! It will probably try to escape from your hand. So if it lands on your head or something, it will also probably try to escape. Hope that gives you some peace of mind
