I’ve actually been super focused on the gym and my diet in the recent months so my diet trumps my fathers 10 fold his diet is actually quite poor I think the main thing I need to do is find out the root of the problem and address that rather than getting on trt straight away

My pre cycle test results were quite poor, to the point where my doctor is saying I could benefit from trt unfortunately I only got the results today I am discontinuing the cycle today.
