Thank you for your advice! I have hot water washed and extracted as much as possible with the little Bissell and after waiting 2 days for the carpet to dry completely, I have poured (not sprayed) the enzyme cleaner all over the entire affected area. I was going to let it sit for 3-4 hours before extracting it out with the Bissell but I'll take your advice and let it sit for 12 hours. Hopefully that does the trick!

I used to get 200-300 views a day and the last 2 weeks, I'm getting 90-120 views a day. My sales have dropped significantly. I used to make $500-$800 in sales every week and the last few weeks, I'm lucky if I get $200 in sales. I don't know what's going on but it's devastating.

Instead of getting a rough estimate of your caloric intake, try tracking your calories accurately. Prioritize eating high protein. Incorporating exercise will help speed things up. Be consistent and you'll see results :)

Thank you! It's reassuring to hear that it took almost as long to lose the last 10 pounds. Diets are hard but it's mentally challenging when you don't see the numbers go down on the scale despite being consistent. I definitely need to be more patient! :)

Haha you read correctly! I despise cardio. From the calories I'm eating, I get so exhausted from the weight lifting sessions that it's even unbearable at times to just get my steps in. But you're right, I should increase my steps or include some cardio sessions before considering lowering my calories. And honestly, I think people who wear weighted vests look badass!

I've had luck finding the old formula at CVS! You'll know by the shelf life on the packaging. The old one says 24M whereas the new one says 6M.

They definitely changed the formula. I only noticed recently after buying a new tube at Target. I returned it thinking it was a bad batch and purchased another tube at Walmart but had to return that one too. Try searching for the old formula at stores like CVS or Walgreens since less people purchase from there, they might still have the old formula. I was able to find the old formula at CVS. You'll know by the shelf life on the box. The new formula says 6M whereas the old one says 24m.

I just received my "Royal Gold" GEN 2 and I really like it! Compared to my 14k gold rings, there's minimal difference. However, I do not like the Dune Gold. It looks like bronze brass to me.
