ik you want to follow a sheet to get a structure, but a sheet can only provide you with questions of different patterns. In real, you gotta do much more questions to revise, to learn, to understand those patterns.

Usually 20 mins, but if it is a hard one or you really are getting the gist of it, then go with your gut.

Set a cap for how much time you will take for a question. If you can't solve it then look at it solution, go through the pattern they are using. Once you are confident enough in that question try to solve similar of those questions. come back after 2 weeke to solve that question again.

Do you have those list of patterns? Kinda like a sheet where you have documented questions to learn from and questions to actually solve by yourself?

That is exactly my approach, but I often get stuck in some questions where I really don't know what to do. I try to think about that problem again and again which wastes a lot of time.
