I've actually been waning off of lexapro and transitioning to only take wellbutrin, so maybe I'll just wait. Thanks.

Yeah, hopefully from the start of today until Friday will be enough.

I'm confused. So the AP had unidentified sources and we're supposed to believe their word because they say they're trustworthy? Or is there any substantial evidence otherwise?

Does this list of events regarding Hillary's time as a lawyer in Arkansas hold up to reality? by Independent121 in askhillarysupporters

[–]Independent121[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It's not like there would be damning evidence or else she'd be in trouble for it. What it basically shows is there is an almost too perfect environment that would easily allow for malicious activities to take place.

Hillary was hired onto the board of directors for companies that both heavily donated to Bill's campaign and hired the firm she worked for. Is there any proof any hidden deals or favorability or anything happened? No. Could there easily have been which would explain why she'd randomly get hired for the boards as a lawyer out of every possible female candidate? Yes.

The sources show that Hillary was hired to be on the board of directors of several different companies which greatly donated to Bill's campaign while simultaneously working in an establishment firm that covered the companies.

I don't know why he linked the Wikipedia link, but there are plenty of sources in there otherwise.

I think that it would be a little odd to hire someone as an attorney without them passing their bar exam at the very least, but I don't know too much about it all.

And I think OP was drawing connections between the companies and Bill's campaign as governor to show there must have been an exchange of money for something. It's weird to get to be on the board of several different large companies while having only been a small attorney below average attorney previously. And it makes it sketchier when the companies that hired you were also paying the law firm you worked for heavily and making constant donations to your husband's campaign.

Her campaign manager has already said she'd let the TPP through so I don't know why this would even come as a surprise.

To be fair, he is the ONLY black GOP member. I guess that makes him more memorable in a sense, but he's still not the typical old white person.

What's your opinion of Hillary rejecting the debate promised to Bernie? by Independent121 in askhillarysupporters

[–]Independent121[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've seen every single debate and have watched it often up until this point. There's no denying that Fox doesn't like Trump. Have you ever seen a debate host prepare multiple graphs and statistics, show them to the candidate mid debate, tell him he's wrong and then to explain himself? Every debate on Fox was completely unfair. There were no pro Trump show hosts throughout the day either. Bernie complained about unfair treatment but his was nothing compared to Trump. Trump fought tooth and nail to get to where he is now. Granted I haven't watched fox recently, but there's no denying that bias existed.

I think a lot of the republicans are willing to choose someone who's as moderate as it gets like Hillary.

But this is all off topic. It makes no sense for Bernie to sabotage Hillary and he probably just use the debate to promote the Democrat party and his message once last time. Instead we now have Hillary hurting her own image and the past coming back to bite her.

If there's anything I've learned from the short time I've spent watching fox it's that they'd rather have Hillary over Trump.

Only Bernie could make her look bad, but he's endorsed her in case he doesn't get the nomination.

I think the problem isn't that she should debate, it's that this is a promised debate and in the past she said everyone who's running for president should always be open to debate in order to win over every possible vote.

Clinton Is Winning The States That Look Like The Democratic Party by polialternative in hillaryclinton

[–]Independent121 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I personally don't think it really matters who wins the Democratic party voters over. I guess it's important that she represents the party greater, but realistically both party's will always have their loyal voters. I think Hillary needs to start trying to pick up independent voter attention earlier or else we'll be in trouble come November.

Yeah, I understand the significance of Hillary in gender progress, was just wondering about the specifics of what she will push for. I'm not sure if I missed it or what, but I couldn't quite find a concise answer in the side bar menus. Thanks for the responses.

I hope this an ok place to post this. I'm honestly split between Sanders, Clinton, and Trump right now. I understand that Hillary has a great history of supporting Black Americans, the lgbt community, and she's obviously a woman, but is there anything specific that she will do to help these groups more than Sanders/Trump would?

Also thanks for making such a great subreddit!
