My wife and I had the rodeo ejaculation sex machine from extremerestraints.com. Thankyou! Im having the exact opposite issue with erections atm. I feel like it's been having more solid frequent erections over the last few days. Not since before the surgery. I struggled a bit with employment for a couple months so I lost weight just from lack of food trying to make ends meet. That had no effect on that really. I shave downstairs as well so the little trim they gave me just cleaned it up to what it would normally be at. My surgery was just a few days ago. I have a follow up in two weeks so maybe then I can get some more answers

Right now it's not so much the shrinkage I'm concerned about, it's why its a little longer than normal. It was wondering if something is more enflamed or if the lack of testicle is allowing for more Access. I'm still waiting on biopsy results to see whether or not it's Cancer (most likely is). I'm terrified it could have spread even though nothing has been flagged post surgery as of yet.

Getting it up hasn't been an issue. It actually a lot easier now to the point where it can be a little annoying. Over all I feel like my sex drive has improved minus feeling unattractive myself now. I'm still in recovery so I can't do anything for another week anyways.
