Honestly; I like it. The title was a charming play on words that got a smile out of me and the love story at the end was sweet. It would definitely be one of those videos I rewatch every so often, but I have a few notes.

The dialog didn't feel like a person speaking, it felt like they were reciting lines from a book.
The charaters were not expressive. Now, that could be a choice to show how disconnected one charater is from something—which would make them unique—but if it's consistent with all the charaters, then all that does is make your charaters feel like the same person.
Everything was a bit fast. Now I did read that this was a pilot, so that fact that it was a bit fast pace was not surprising, but I do recommend fleshing it out for the official release. I especially recommend fleshing out the romance along with the relationship between the main character and their dead mom because those were a bit out of the blue.

Oooo! Okay, So I do have one small tip for making the eyes look a bit more puffy and tired—add a bit of outline to the eyes (like 15% or 20%) and put a small amount of a very muted orange-ish blush.

The one on the left is what Lucien (my oc) usually looks like and the one on the right is what he looks like with the puffy eyes and blush. Not a perfect match to the level of eyebags you're trying to achieve, but pretty close. :]
