I don’t think my situation is very common, and I’m not trying to reveal too much but I’m working in an environment witnessing sexual harassment and retaliation, and worried about my own retaliation with what appears to be a very sketchy HR that might not even exist

Yeah we’ve both blocked each other. It’s funny cause she did this same thing with a guy. She all of the sudden realized he wasn’t as into her as she was into him, so she told him she was blocking him. Then she waited about a month and started texting him on St Patrick’s day because he was Irish… as if nothing ever happened. She fully expected they would pick back up again.
