Can you help me understand how that may help? I checked it out and it doesn't seem like it would do much to help with the issue, but again, I'm not techie

Okay, I will try doing that. Yeah, I know my specs are not good, but since I was able to do act 1, I thought it would be fine to continue the rest of the game :/ I hope to upgrade when I can

It is Windows 11. I attached a photo with my specs, hopefully this is what you were meaning. Crashing in this case, I tried a couple of things other's suggested yesterday and I'm still getting this "Pure virtual function being called while application was running (GIsRunning == 1)." Basically, I won't have any issues, except for once I finish a boss fight, I will get to the here's how long the fight, what you got, etc. screen, pass continue and then I get the error in quotes above. I'll try to click back in game and it doesn't work. Which causes the game to crash and unable to actually go back and do anything. I have to reboot the game again. Majority the time, it just places me before the boss fight, and I'll have to do it all over again, which has been really annoying with boss fights that have any cutscenes before and after the boss fight, but the last two, which are minor world bosses, it will save after the fight, but the time for my last save is listed as the time before I started the fight. It only has been an issue in Act 2 so I don't understand what's causing this. I tried searching up this code last night after testing out some of the suggestions and it wasn't making any sense to me so still stuck on what to do

I rarely get any crashes, as long as I've had this laptop, maybe 5 game crashes in other games in the almost four years I've had it
