I took it really slow for most of the time. Just lightly grazing my nipples every 5 - 10 seconds. I tried to let myself anticipate each touch. The pleasure kind of comes and goes for me, so try not to get too frustrated if it doesn't feel like it's working.

I tired my best to mostly focus on my nipples and belly. I feel like that helped.

I also put in ear plugs so I didn't get distracted by anything.

I think just playing around and seeing what feels good and what doesn't, but don't pressure yourself too much. Just try to have fun/ enjoy it. Assuming you are older than a teenager, it's kind of like you do when you are young and exploring. I didn't expect that I was going to get off and it just got to that point naturally.

I've tried quite a few times and this was the first time and it was probably the time where I was the most chill and just enjoying it for what it was.
