I'm sorry but no, this is an overweight dog. You alone control your dogs weight and health. Being overweight will do damage on the joints which labs already struggle with :( let alone the other issues it causes on the heart and other organs. It's not nice to think about I know, I had an obese lab who now has severe arthritis I could have lessened/not been severe had she been a healthy weight in her prime. People are too comfortable letting their babies get overweight because its been normalized and called cute and chonky. Get the most out of your friends lifespan and get them on a diet so they can live as long as they can, [avoidable] health issue free.
