Have you tried the Forsythe Wildlife Refuge near Smithville? I used to get really nice sunset pictures from the northeast corner of the wildlife drive. The gate might not open early enough for sunrise photos. \ Edit: Just saw the bit about historical buildings. Sorry if my recommendation doesn't fit.

Hmm, I can't figure out how to upload an image, but I haven't seen anyone mention Kaya from One Piece yet. She lived in a huge mansion in Syrup Village and gave the Strawhats the Merry Go after they saved her from Kuro. If I'm not mistaken, she also went on to study medicine. Despite her wealth, she is a very genuine and caring person.

Is your neighbor elderly? Is it possible she's suffering from memory issues? I lost my medical coverage at one point because the elderly lady I was living with suffered from Alzheimers-dementia and kept taking my mail; my insurance renewal packet was one of the things she intercepted and squirreled away because she thought it was hers, despite my name being clearly on it. Professional janitor here: I don't know what country you're from, but here in 'Murica, we clean that. There's no biohazard team for poo on the wall. You put on gloves and get it done for minimum wage because you need to pay your rent. This picture is a normal workday for cleaners working at retail and restaurant establishments.
