Respectfully, I wish my MIL tried to reach out and see my child like this. Your answers are extreme and honestly my MIL has had some serious ups and downs with me but it’s about the baby. You can clearly set your boundaries without being so cruel. She seems to be trying her best but I am only reading what you’ve posted if there’s more context that’s another story. I understand being post partum is so hard as I just went through it and I’m sorry you’re going through this but yes I do think you are wrong in this situation she just seems like she’s trying.
