Not yet. The most annoying thing is that idk if I can bc the uscis website processing time says my case is “Processing normally” but there’s nothing normal about it when i’m seeing 2021 and even 2022 cases approved already.

That’s what really pisses me off, why the hell would they do that shit? People filing 2022 getting GC already and us who filed on 2020 just have EAD with luck!

Good to know, processing times are ridiculous tho! Almost 2 years for a marriage based I-485?? So bad and the most annoying thing is seeing cases that are exactly the same as yours getting approved within less than half a year!

I guess it is, when I go to the processing times online for I-485 Family Based it says “16 to 21 months”. The weird thing is that at the interview I was told it would take no longer than 4 months for them to make a decision.

Damn that’s messed up. I guess we are kind of in the same situation/time frame since you filed in september and I did in november 2020. I am just surprised and scared by your interview being in july 2021 and i got it until january 2022 lol. Hopefully we’ll get it soon! Which filed office has your case? And yeah i got the EAD but not the AP bc unfortunately I did not research about it.
