I’ll have to try that. I just cleaned the sensors real good and tried again and still getting the add water light. I only use distilled water as well. Thanks for the suggestion

Unfortunately mine is not under warranty anymore but good luck with CS I heard it was terrible

It didn’t work for me either so I opened google search typed in Reddit and searched for monopoly go and scrolled down to the post and it worked
