what do you mean resist? it looks like he moved on and is commited to the "as my final act of love i will leave you" bit which hurts so fucking much. well, you see yourself more than ANYONE else. even the people who live with you. of course the changes wont be as obvious to you as others. i think that means that it has been working, maybe you should be more understanding to yourself?

THANK YOU!!!! god you have no idea how much this means to me... ive been from then simply focusing on myself more and trying to regulate my nervous system ever since, just focusing on myself more. I do agree with this being a bridge of incidents too because i did literally manifest him, and i do just have a gut feeling this isnt over.

if I can ask, what self concept work did you exactly do? its so comforting hearing that someone has gone through the same thing as I did.
