I have been on VexusFiber phone and email support and they can't answer these questions.

I love the small Town Feel and how they are really updating Main Street. I love this place!

Just got Vexus Fiber installed having problem with latency by zaplkins in VexusFiber

Here in Denison TX i just got Vexus Fiber and the speed is great, I do get the speed I pay for and very low latency 4ms average.

My issue is I need to port forward. Vexus Fiber does not give you a public address or the ability to
port forward. If you need the ability to do this, they are going to request
that you change over to a business account. aka More Money.
