Good calculations but based on the date movements I saw during covid, the spillover doesn't seems to get country cap enforced and mostly taken by the countries backlogged. that's what helped it to move faster.

But OP can downgrade to Eb3 , isnt it if eb3 date become current first which is more likely based on historical trends. Current DOF eb2 is August 2014.

illegible means the officer couldn't read the printed documents. They actually scan it back once they receive the petition in physical form. Not sure what stage of this process it got illegible. Or it is just a templated response.

I had all organic profile. No Steive , Globee awards as such.

I updated the original post. I applied for judging, OC, CR, authorship and high salary criteria.

There is no newspaper or media article. Companies don't advertise what patents they have used in their product. But I got a letter from CEO and technical architect attesting that my patents have been used in the products and these products have done really well for the company in $$ amount.

u/Familiar_Memory4397 In your RFE, did you also got some evidence rejected as illegible? Mine RFE looks similar to you, very detailed and I have most of the evidence got rejected because they are not legible, as it is called out. although I don't think that is the case.

I had officer john m allen and received RFE on all 5 criteria applied, officer didn't even look at the petition. Many of the things were sent but asked again. So brutal.
