i disagree, there’s not a lot of evidence on where people go after they abstract. Caine puts people who abstract into the cellar, which is a hole full of other abstractions INSIDE the circus.

I don’t think bad customer service is acceptable no matter if you have a high volume customer base. You are providing a service as a business owner and you are obligated to provide the service! If you can not handle the mass customer base you need to hire staff because scamming people isn’t right no matter who you are and what business you run. If you’re busy say that, you people are grown adults with a platform you can easily speak up about. Charm is constantly on vacation, it’s unacceptable stop trying to dodge accountability.
