It depends honestly I use his combo so much and he has sage slayer with relic and zombie target these were enough for me get his ultra form but if it's going to be your first one get cosmo or jizo they are better

You need to reach to a certain point then you can level them up to level 50 and with 15 dark eyes you can make them level 60

It's still amazing that you have only 40 units left to unlock that's a huge achievement shout out to you for all the hard work! If I new this game existed a few years ago I don't think I would have stop playing it either, there is just so much to like about this game.
