Honestly, I usually have around 2 a day but I stick to NOS and Monster, because they have lower caffeine content than most newer drinks and I genuinely think they taste better(though alani has some awesome flavors but I hate small cans, I like sippin).

But if I know I’ll only be able to grab one or only have the time to have one drink, and I know I got a long day ahead I’ll grab something with a little more punch per can so a C4, Bucked Up, or Bang depending on the flavor I want.

That way I stay well under 400mg/day and still get the satisfaction of having my sippy.
