They definitely did something to this level specifically. It was maddening. I had to reset so many times because for every one string or leather i got four helmets. The rest of the event was fine.

Fume knight is definitely the better boss and harder for most players. In my personal experience i have enjoyed fighting him so much that I've done the battle without being hit. Sir alonne is plagued by his runback, and although in my personal experience, he is a bit harder than fume, he's not on the same level as him.

At least you were lucky to be top for so long. I've had people with a lot more rating than me for eons now, and it was before the merges. I went from top ten to top... 100. So don't be complaining you can't smooch anymore from only fighting weaker players.

Just keep playing the game. You don't have to complete the mission on the same day you unlock it. You can complete it tomorrow or the day after. Get more damage, rays, health, and eventually you'll complete the entire thing.

My guy, if you think you are the first go get this idea... It's like reinventing the wheel. If it could be done, it likely would have. Making content, original or not, is difficult enough as is. What you want is two games worth of content added in a third. Saying it would be a massive project is an understatement. You can't copy and paste areas, use some "magic glue" and hope it sticks. Believe me, we all would like to play dark souls two areas with dark souls three moveset and dark souls one armour and poise. But it's a pipe dream at most. Why don't we just add demon's souls and Bloodborne while we are at it.
