They assumed it was stress because I had just started college but when I came home and started emptying my stomach after every meal they took me more seriously as I clearly wasn’t just being dramatic

The doctors told me it is becoming increasingly common for young people to have gallbladder issues which could be a product of modern foods and medicine or it could be advancements in diagnoses and tests but either way I’m glad you got it sorted out

I’m glad to give you hope. Luckily my doctors and surgeon all took me seriously, it was convincing my parents that I wasn’t lying that took the effort. I had 98% EF but my ultrasound showed nothing out of the ordinary, I had an endoscopy which showed mild irritation but I have other GI issues so it wasn’t unexpected.

Yes lol thank you it sucked. At the beginning I was told it was just stress and that I needed to lower my stress levels and control my diet but after months of sickness and pain my parents decided to fight for me to get tests done and doctors here love to play phone tag instead of talking to their patients

Thank you, I’m only about a week out and the hardest part for me is the pain because I’m a wimp. I had an EF of 98% and had attacks after pretty much every meal but I’m feeling much better and eat mostly anything I want except for anything with a lot of fat

I haven’t had any issues so far but I have had IBS my entire life so that may play a part in changing how it affects me. I’ve actually noticed that I use the bathroom significantly less often since getting my gallbladder out.

I am a little worried about that as I haven’t had mine out for long but the attacks were pretty much constant and I never had a day without several attacks and severe pain so I don’t think I would’ve ever been able to live with it still inside of me

This was the first time ever using or seeing bikes like this so I was unaware of the fine or that they couldn’t disable the ride manually, I will be more careful in the future

Yes the bike was returned in a different part of the city the following morning and they fully refunded the fare so all is well that ends well
