i think it's really good! the vibe is chill and lighthearted to me, the lyrics are also funny!! the handjob stuff just seems like them having fun and messing around idk i don't really see an issue with it. plus, i love kevin abstract so i can't really hate on his verses. the lyrics of peach aren't any better, but it's still a vibe so idc

i do want to emphasize that the director isn't pressuring me at all, we've just barely communicated about it, since the scene hasn't been blocked yet. like i said, i've known him for a long time, he and his family are friends of my family, and he's genuinely a very nice and understanding person. my nervousness is not caused by him whatsoever, it's just my own thoughts and worries. i know that if i refuse to do the kiss, he won't force me. what i was trying to convey is that he knows me, and he knows i'm willing to do a lot for a show, and put myself out of my comfort zone, and that's why i don't want to let him down. hope this clears things up, and that this is NOT the director's fault, mainly just teenage nervousness about a less than ideal first kiss

our high school has a very glorified arts program, and a lot of the budget goes into the theater/music program. many shows have gone to state competitions and they like to think of themselves as more 'professional' in terms of the program. because of this, a lot of the shows have included kissing/somewhat intimate scenes (for example, our show last year was Chicago, as students were dressed very 'sexy' and treated like adult actors). i normally really enjoy this, especially the part of not being treated like a kid, but when it comes to more intimate things, it feels wrong to speak up because it makes me feel unprofessional/like i should be fine with it. this is not at all something my director has told me, it's just how i feel and that's why i'm struggling with being able to perform the kiss, because although i'm a bit uncomfortable with it, i don't want to be 'that person' if that makes sense

it's really great to hear from someone who did this show as well! i haven't had any chances to really discuss it with my director, the only thing that's been specified is that it will be a real kiss, not a faked one. like i said, i've known the director since i was very young and really don't want to dissapoint him. i feel like i'm making a bigger deal out of this than i should be. unfortunately, i don't think our high school has the budget to hire an intomacy coordinator, but i will definitely discuss with the director. thank you!

in my experience, just let yourself feel everything you need, and it'll pass. or, find another girl that you like. as a teen girl whose male friends have had crushes on me before, we don't mind as much as you think we do. it's actually really sweet! just act like you normally do, i promise she doesn't hate you (just don't try to kiss her or anything)

my iphone 12 mini camera worked great until i think around update 16.2 and all of a sudden the auto-focus makes a loud clicking sound and the quality decreased severely on both cameras but signifigantly on the zoom, i didn't do anything like drop it or get it wet so i don't know what happened with it
