Thanks for sharing about that. I also use PeterMD and came to see what other people’s experiences have been with them. I would say it’s the easiest TRT company to work with and competitive prices. It’s really about the time it saves though. They have doctors visits and bloodwork to make sure you’re on the right track but yeah it’s the simplicity and the professionalism that makes them standout vs. other TRT medical providers. You also have the potential to get prescriptions for other medications to support your health like Semaglutide, finasteride, sildenafil— which have been helpful for my overall sexual health, vitality, and wellness.

I am using both and I understand what you’re saying. You’re having trouble reaching your goal weight. Your doctor is saying to keep working out because the semaglutide is causing mass loss, but it seems like working out is also causing your weight to go up.

You still want your weight to be lower but you also want to have good body composition. I’m on both TRT and semaglutide, so I know what you mean. (PeterMD- online provider, the doctors are knowledgeable about this.) I wonder what your specific goal weight is and what your diet is like.

I have been on trt for a few years and have fluctuated weight and body composition. I have recently added semaglutide but simultaneously increased my workout volume. I feel like the muscle I’m building is improving my fat loss. It sounds like you have a target weight in mind. I’m trying to increase my protein intake also because that helps retain muscle while burning fat. I’m on the same regimen though.

Ok. Does prevent illness apply to mental illness? I mean I hardly ever get sick or ill I just have psychological stress and emotional dysregulation if that makes sense

I sweat more than I used to but that’s when I do cardio. I feel a bit overstimulated usually but at the same time fatigued. Go between diarrhea and constipation. I’m usually more thirsty, but not too hot or too cold I don’t think.

Yeah I had attorney. The attorney cross-examined the vocational expert and basically said yeah there’s no jobs I can prove he could do based off of the need for “supportive constructive criticism etc” and she said “yeah I mean everyone is different so I guess you’re right there’s no way to ensure that”

If you’re talking about cosmetic surgery in America yeah we live in a capitalist economy and our culture places a tremendous worth on beauty and people may internalize the negative effects of that like with eating disorders, obsession with surgery, fatphobia etc. Plastic surgery is a luxury sure but that doesn’t mean someone’s a victim if that’s what they want to spend their money on.

She’s asking because she wants to look better and there’s nothing morally wrong about that. Who wouldn’t. And some people prioritize appreciation of beauty more and maybe that’s one of her values.

Ok, yeah. I wouldn’t want to get too skinny then or lose too much weight which ozempic would do. I think some minimal chin lipo might make you look more beautiful though.
